WHEN: July 21-23; 9:30-11am
WHO: Youth Ages 5 to 5th grade
WHAT: Youth will be divided into 3 groups to rotate in crafts, nutrition and activities.
WHERE: Wellness Center and Aquatic Center
WHY: to encourage healthy habits in youth
COST: FREE thanks to the Mercy Health Care Foundation!

*Parent/Guardian MUST fill out and sign the form available at the Wellness Center on 6th Street.
