Thanks to a grant from EDA, the University of Northern Iowa is partnering with the Adams Community Economic Development Corporation, Main Street Corning, Adams Community Chamber of Commerce, Union County Development, Creston Chamber of Commerce, Southwetern Community College, and the Southern Iowa Council of Governments to develop a startegic plan to grow businesses in this two-county region.  Your participation in the survey will help us get the right start on moving the project forward.
