The Adams Community Foundation Grants were awarded at the Chamber Annual Banquet on Saturday, January 28 at the Prescott Eagles Nest. Grant funds awarded in this round total $55,010.22. In the 35 years since the Adams Community Foundation was started over 1.7 million dollars has been reinvested back into the county.

  • Adams County Conservation for an Environmental Education Expansion Project – $20,575.00
  • Crossroads Behavioral Health Services for CARF Accreditation – $5,000.00
  • Corning Public Library for Entryway Repair – $2,335.22
  • Adams County Extension & Outreach for Summer Day Camps – $1,500.00
  • City of Corning for Memorial Rock Park Pavilion – $12,000.00
  • Corning Opera House Cultural Center for Seal Coat Roof – $4,250.00
  • Kid Care Committee for Entertainment for Family Day at the Fair – $1,200.00
  • 4H Safety Education & Shooting Sports/ISU Ext. & Outreach for a Dry Fire System – $3,650.00
  • Prescott Fire & Rescue for a Power Washer for the Fire Station – $4,500.00 (total awarded $55,010.22)
