Adams Community Chamber of Commerce
The Adams Community Chamber of Commerce based in Corning, Iowa provides a nucleus of support to strengthen our business community by promoting quality service; providing community leadership, creating economic opportunities, and being a community team player. The Board of Directors is a volunteer group of men and women from member businesses. They strive to sponsor programs and promotions to stimulate activities which increase economic opportunities in Adams County. Adams Community Ambassadors are the public relations arm of the Chamber. This self-funding organization is a group of Chamber members who have shown community leadership. New members are added only be invitation of the current Ambassadors. Their main activites are focused on developing the hospitality and legislative arm of the Chamber. They salute new businesses start-ups, major endeavors and other noteworthy events. They also take community legislative issues to the Capitol each year and host local legislative coffees to discuss current issues of the legislative session.
