The Alegent Health Fitness Center is a welcoming place to work out in and get advice for healthy lifestyles. They are equipped with CYBEX aerobic and strengthening machines. In addition to the traditional fitness machines, free weights, Bosu ® balls, Trazer Games, stretching mats and stability balls are available to use while at the Center.

The Fitness Center maintains an extensive library of books, magazines, cookbooks and DVDs/Videos related to wellness. Members can check them out as part of membership privileges.

Fitness Center Memberships can be purchased in a variety of packages starting at $19.50 for the first month. An orientation guides members through the use of all equipment and fitness center amenities. Guests to the community are able to purchase day passes for $4 to work out while visiting. Summer operating hours are: M-Th 5:30 am – 8:30 pm and Friday 5:30 am- 6 pm, Saturday 7 am -1 pm. Closed on holidays.

Are you new to fitness, need motivation or a new program? Personal training packages are available to get you started. Three certified Personal Trainers are on the Fitness Center Staff.

Community Wellness Coordinator Gwen Larsen manages the Fitness Center as well as developing exercise and health programs for area residents.
