Join Michelle Wilson, certified yoga instructor, for new sessions of yoga beginning March 19th. Classes will be held on Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 AM. If you haven’t tried yoga it is great and anyone can do it! The studio is relaxing and Michelle is one of those instructors that is just soft, gentle and peaceful. These 90 minutes will be the fastest and most relaxing of your week.
