The Adams Community Walk begins April 15th and runs to June 15th. This is a free two-month walking challenge for anyone in the community. The goal is to track how many steps you take in your daily fitness routine and improve upon that. We have great prizes to giveaway such as $100 gift certificates to Family Shoe Store, walking poles and much more.
Come to the Alegent Health Fitness Center on any of the below dates to get your free pedometer and log book. You can sign up as a family or an individual.

Join Michelle Wilson, certified yoga instructor, for new sessions of yoga beginning March 19th. Classes will be held on Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 AM. If you haven’t tried yoga it is great and anyone can do it! The studio is relaxing and Michelle is one of those instructors that is just soft, gentle and peaceful. These 90 minutes will be the fastest and most relaxing of your week.
